These terms and conditions are an agreement between you (“Customer, Client”) and therefore Intelli Global LTD. (“Global Advert, Us”). By placing an order with us by filling the campaign activation form available after the payment process you acknowledge that you simply have read, fully understood, and agreed to those terms and conditions.

Global Advert operates within the framework of Intelli Global LTD. registered and existing in accordance with the laws of England and Wales with registered office at 201 A Victoria Street, London, England, SW1E 5NE.

Content copying and duplication are prohibited. you'll not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or sell our website and RTB platform content.

By using Global Advert and therefore the Service provided by us, you represent and warrant that each one registration information you submit is correct and accurate which you comply with maintain the accuracy of such information. Your Membership is solely for your personal/business use, and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address.

This Agreement shall remain fully force and effect while you employ the Global Advert Platform (the Service provided). you'll terminate your membership at any time. By using the Service and by becoming an Advertiser, you acknowledge that Global Advert has the proper to terminate your membership if you breach this Agreement without prior notification. No fees are required for being a Global Advert registered member.

Global Advert Platform works only on prepaid basis. All the payments must be done through the accepted payment gateways. Unused advertising credits will expire after 12 months.

We will not deliver traffic to the subsequent websites

• - websites containing illegal/inappropriate content or which link to such content
• - websites which proved to form use of malicious codes or are marked as virus infected on scan
• - websites who deliver impressions generated from traffic exchange platforms
• - websites containing illegal/inappropriate content or which link to such content
• - websites wont to generate bot traffic
• - under construction websites or with little or no content.

Landing pages which aren't accepted:

• - Landing page with background sounds and music.
• - Pages with redirection aren't allowed
• - Pages with additional pops
• - Pages which disable the closing pop window option
• - Pages with malicious codes

Websites which contain any of the subsequent content below won't be approved:

• - Pornographric or adult content (PG-13 is accepted).
• - Violent content.
• - Hate speech (including content that incites hatred or promotes violence against individuals or groups supported race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity), harassment, bullying, or similar content that advocates harm against a private or group.
• - Excessive profanity.
• - Hacking/cracking content.
• - Software like desktop plugins.
• - Malware or adware.
• - Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content.
• - Content that promotes, sells, or advertises products obtained from endangered or threatened species.
• - Sales of beer or hard alcohol.
• - Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
• - Sales of prescribed drugs .
• - Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g., firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns).
• - Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays.
• - Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails.
• - Any other content that's illegal, promotes criminality or infringes on the legal rights of others.

Customer agrees which will not make use or spread harmful codes using Global Advert Platform. you'll be solely liable for your illegal actions. Any illegal plan to use the system are going to be reported to competent authorities without your prior notice.

The clients may request a refund within 24 hours of the funds upload. If the clients would really like to cancel after the 24-hour period, the cash aren't eligible for a refund. In accordance with legislation of the UK You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 day period without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. If You would really like to cancel after the 14-day period, the cash aren't eligible for a refund.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You comply with indemnify and hold Global Advert, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party thanks to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
